We created Sophie’s Bakery out of necessity. Our daughter was having extreme food sensitivities. She was not able to eat gluten or dairy. She’s thirteen now and is so much healthier than before, but still avoids gluten and dairy. Back then, I wanted her to be able to have the same options that other kids have, so I created pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, chocolate muffins, chocolate brownies, banana nut bread, chocolate chip cookies, and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies for her.

We are a local bakery in O’fallon, MO. and we deliver all over St. Louis and St. Charles County. You just need to place your order by 9:00 PM on Sunday and we will deliver to you on Tuesday.

Everything is baked fresh on Mondays. Our baked goods will last seven to ten days, and they are nutrient-dense. They will not spike your blood sugar. They are made with almond flour, coconut oil, uh, they are made with egg white protein powder, and they’re just really a great healthy option for your children and for your family.
